NEW OFFICERS FOR MACLEOD BATTALION

Calgary, May 19. -- Officers and non-coms. of the 103rd regiment are receiving appointments with the new 191st battalion, C.E.F., being recruited at Macleod under Lieut.-Col. W. C. Bryan. The latest appointment made public is that of Capt. B. Y. Jackson of A company, 103rd regiment. He will take command of one of the companies of the 191st. Capt. F. De Roussey will take charge of A company after the departure of Capt. Jackson.

More appointments to the staff of the 191st have been made and included in the list are G. P. O. Fenwick¹, formerly deputy attorney general of the province of Alberta and Victor Bowes, chief clerk in the passenger department of the C.P.R. in Calgary.
