153rd Special  24/4/17

Dear People:-

     At last we are on the way to Halifax.  Am going to drop this card off at London if I can

     Left St. Thomas at 12.15 and had a grand send off – about 5000 people at station.  Expect to be 3 days & 2 nights on the train.

     Had a swell dinner & if rest of meals are as good we will be O.K.  Love to all, John
