Dear People:-
This morning first thing we had our second inoculation so we have 48 hours off duty again. We were inoculated on the left side this time or else I wouldn't feel much like writing as it stiffens up the arm pretty much.
We had another long tedious ride on the train coming back and we didn't get in until 1 o'clock. The worst of it was that I couldn't go to sleep although I felt tired enough. The lunch came in quite handy you bet and I didn't have much trouble making away with it.
Archie is still in the hospital but he expects to get out tomorrow and will likely come home right away. I think he is very nearly “fed up” with being in quarantine.
We are getting our ticks this afternoon and we will now be almost as comfortable as we could wish.
Bill Kerr couldn't go to Mt. Forest on Sunday as he had to take his cousin ? to Galt in the car.
There are six of us invited up to London tomorrow night to a party but I don't know whether we will go or not as we will not likely feel much like going after our inoculation.
Well I am about run out of news for just now so will close
Lovingly
John
"Ticks" likely refers to new beds or matresses.
