About to receive very large numbers of casualties from action south of Armentieres.</p><p>8-10-1916 Proceeded to England for duty&nbsp;</p>

There was a Nursing Sister named M. S. Fulton on the staff at the Balfour Sanitorium in British Columbia. She was mentioned in a January 1921 edition of this magazine:
