Daughter of Wylie Bryan Palmer, of Wilmette, Illinois, U.S.A.; Arts 1911-1913; Nursing Sister, General Hospital No. 1, New York City for one month; Base Hospital No. 53, Langres, for thirteen months; received coat-of-arms by Mayor of Langres, also medal for care given to French soldiers.
