Service Biography

Anatole Vital Therrien was born on 4 October 1892 at St-Clotilde, Quebec. A single Roman Catholic surgeon dentist living at Shawinigan Falls, Quebec, he was drafted under the Military Service Act and reported at Montreal on 15 July 1918. He transferred to the Canadian Army Dental Corps, Military District No. 4, on 25 July 1918 and served in Canada as a private. He was discharged at Montreal on 2 January 1919 on demobilization.
