Service Biography

Amédée Théorêt was born on 7 May 1897 at St-Timothee, Quebec. A single Roman Catholic farmer living at St-Timothee, he was drafted under the Military Service Act and reported at Montreal on 16 July 1918 as Private 3167322 with the 2nd Depot Battalion, 2nd Quebec Regiment. He served in Canada and was discharged on demobilization at Montreal on 10 February 1919.
