Service Biography

Alexis St-Onge was born at Valleyfield, Quebec, on 8 February 1896. A single Roman Catholic farmer, he was drafted under the Military Service Act and joined the Canadian Expeditionary Force at Montreal on 21 August 1918 as Private 3167314 with the 2nd Depot Battalion, 2nd Quebec Regiment. His service was entirely in Canada. He was discharged at Montreal on 27 January 1919 on demobilization.

Notes

At medical examination St-Onge was 5 ft 3 in tall and weighed 112 lb. His chest measured 33-35 in with 2 in expansion. He had a medium complexion, blue eyes and brown hair, good physical development, and one vaccination mark on the left arm. He was a single Roman Catholic farmer from Valleyfield, Quebec.

Drafted under the Military Service Act, Alexis St-Onge joined the Canadian Expeditionary Force at Montreal on 21 August 1918 as Private 3167314 with the 2nd Depot Battalion, 2nd Quebec Regiment.
