Service Biography

Daniel Sullivan was born in London, England, on 3 August 1897. A farmer living at Ormstown, Quebec, he enlisted at Montreal on 30 March 1916 as Private 919187. He served overseas with the 24th Battalion, Canadian Expeditionary Force, and was wounded in France on 15 August 1917. After treatment in France and England he returned to Canada for further medical care and was discharged at Montreal on 26 July 1918 as medically unfit because of wounds.
