Posted to the CAMC Depot at Shorncliffe for transport duty to Canada.  Attached on command to the HS Llandovery Castle on May 02.  Sailed aboard HS Llandovery Castle from Avonmouth to Halifax, May 06-16.  Proceeded on leave in Canada on arrival.  She spent some time visiting her former home at Saranac Lake, New York, where a civic reception was held in her honour.  Reported back to the CAMC Depot at Shorncliffe on June 26.  Attached temporarily to the Red Cross

Sailed with No 3 Canadian General Hospital from Montreal to Devonport aboard SS Metagama, May 06-16, 1915.  She was part of a draft attached to 1st Canadian General Hospital from May 22 to July 18.  On return, she was appointed Assistant Matron.  Awarded the Royal Red Cross, 2nd Class on June 03, 1916, (LG 29608).  Mentioned in Despatches June 13, 1916, (LG 29623).  On leave from June 26 to July 07, 1916, and again from June 02 to 21, 1917.
